Teatulia Organic Garden Teas – Win This Prize in the Christmas Gift Guide

Teatulia Organic Tea

To Health. To Life. To Tea.

About Teatulia – More Than Just Tea!

Teatulia is named for the region in Northern Bangladesh where our tea is grown*. Teatulia organic teas reflect the pristine and delicate environment from which they hail. The Teatulia Organic Tea Garden sprang forth from virgin land nestled against the Himalayas to the North and the Brahmaputra and Ganges Rivers to the South. Into this perfect tea-growing land, we introduced strong, vibrant saplings, which were planted with care in the new millennium. Since then, the tea plants have been encouraged and nurtured by Mother Nature’s own hand. The result: exquisite, organic teas unlike any you’ve experienced before. Fresh. Clean. Smooth.

I have not had the opportunity to try Teatulia Tea as of yet. I will be receiving the Tea Medley assortment as shown here, as will Centsable Coupon Lady. Once we have both received our teas and had a chance to sample them, I will update this post with our review results. Be sure to come back and visit to see what we think. Since I have not had the chance to sample these teas I will share some information I found on Teatulia’s website that I found very informative.

The Health Benefits of Tea

Tea is one of the oldest herbal remedies in existence, dating back more than 4700 years, when infusions of the plant Camellia Sinensis were first brewed in China. Although modern medicine has diminished tea’s credibility as a cure-all solution, the health benefits of tea still remain relevant today.

Like wine and chocolate, tea is one of those rare indulgences that bestow health benefits and sheer bliss. This is because tea, wine and chocolate are all high in antioxidants: compounds that attack free radicals in the body and prevent them from harming healthy cells.

Well, there you have it! Tea and chocolate are “good for you”. No more feeling guilty about my indulgences.

They even have recipes on their website. Entrees such as Tea-Smoked Pork Tenderloin and Sweet Teas Pork Loin Chops. Desserts such as Green Tea Cheesecake. Beverages such as Green Tea Ginger Cooler, Honey Teas Thyme and my favorite, Teatulia Chai Recipe. I love Chai Tea, especially when my stomach is upset. I have no idea why, but most likely there is an ingredient that eases the tummy.

Teatulia has a wealth of information on their website so be sure to check it out. Connect with them on Facebook and Twitter.

Tetulia will be providing the same Tea Medley that I will be reviewing to 3 separate winners in my 2012 Christmas Gift Guide Giveaway!
