Green Earth Wok

Ozeri graciously offered me a chance to review their Green Earth Wok. Let me say, it is a huge pan! I absolutely love it! You can see by the picture how deep it is. I had never used a wok before, always just made due with my skillets, so this was a new experience for me.

This is definitely the easiest cooking utensil I have ever used. I decided that I would do Chicken Stir Fry for my first time using my wok. You don’t need to use any cooking oil but I decided to use a little olive oil to make my recipe sizzle and give it a little more flavor. It cooked up really nice, no sticking at all. With the large size of this wok, the chicken and vegetables cooked evenly. I didn’t have to worry about part of it cooking faster than the rest of it. Here is a picture of my finished recipe. It was fantastic!
Then came time to clean my new Ozeri Wok. Clean? With this wok, there is basically no cleanup. I just rinsed with hot, soapy water and – it was clean. That was easy! I wish all my pans were this easy to clean.
