My 3 favorite flavors of Oogave Soda are:

ROOT BEER: The subtle yet well-defined flavors of our agave sweetened organic soda pair well with the variety of botanicals found in every bottle. With notes of sarsaparilla, vanilla, and horehound, this is an honest-to-goodness soda fountain favorite. Did we mention it’s all natural?

VANILLA CREAM: You don’t even need the ice cream when you pick up a chilled bottle of Oogavé Vanilla Cream organic soda. Real ice cream parlor-inspired yumminess abounds in this subtly sweet and aromatic beverage. Find a couple of bendy straws and a friend to share it with. This all natural soda leaves nothing to be desired.

GRAPEFRUIT: The queen of all citrus fruits produces a fantastic juice that is enhanced by the addition of agave in this certified organic soda. Made with all natural grapefruit extract, our soda is not only reminiscent of traditional grapefruit sodas–it improves upon them. The refreshing flavor is perfect on a hot summer day or a great accompaniment to a light meal of grains and vegetables.

I received a variety case of 12 sodas for my review. They all tasted great! I was very surprised that Grapefruit has become one of my favorite flavors. I do not like grapefruit! But, Coree from Oogave told me it is somewhat like the old “fresca” so I gave it a try. Anyone that likes Root Beer will fall in love with Oogave Root Beer. A little bit about how Oogave Soda came to be. The idea for Oogavé organic sodas first came to Esteban Anson while running his small natural foods restaurant in downtown Denver. With the help of two close friends and the Small Business Administration, Esteban built his own little soda plant in Denver, Colorado. The operation was certified Kosher and Organic by Scroll K and the Colorado Department of Agriculture. In January of 2009, the ribbon was cut and the first delicious bottles of Oogavé organic soda rolled off the line heading for natural grocery stores and restaurants around Colorado. (You can read more on their website.) Oogave is the first soda to be sweetened only with 100% certified organic agave nectar–not one drop of HFCS. Not only is agave nectar a fantastic sweetener, but the garbage found in traditional sodas has been removed. Artificial flavors, artificial colors, salt, and preservatives such as sodium benzoate are not used. Oogave has only four principal ingredients: agave nectar, carbonated water, citric acid, and natural flavors–nothing that cannot be found in nature.
