The Grill Topper is a portable, cast iron grilling surface that sears designs into grilled meat! I have to admit that I have not gotten a chance to use these as much as I would have liked. However, I see a BBQ with neighbors in my near future, as soon as the weather cooperates. The Grill Toppers are so easy to use. Light your grill and preheat your Grill Topper. Then you place the meat on the Grill Topper for 30 seconds to 2 minutes to sear the logo into the meat. Grills vary so it is expected that searing time will vary. Once the logo has been seared into the meat, you place the meat directly onto your grill to finish cooking. Searing time is short so you can use these for a crowd.
